Nutrition Services

  • Person holding a green apple with both hands.

    Individual Nutrition Counseling

Work with a registered dietitian in a supportive, non-judgmental space to explore your eating patterns, experiences, and beliefs about food. Together, you’ll gently identify areas you’d like to shift, while honoring your unique needs, preferences, and goals.

Through a collaborative and compassionate approach, you’ll build sustainable habits, reconnect with your body’s cues, and move toward a more peaceful, trusting relationship with food—one that supports both your physical and emotional well-being.

  • People sharing drinks and pizza at a restaurant table in a warm, cozy setting.

    Caregiver-focused Nutrition Counseling

Support for parents and caregivers who want to raise children who feel confident, capable, and well-nourished. In a warm, supportive environment, you’ll build practical skills and confidence in feeding your family while navigating the complexities of children’s and adolescents’ eating needs.

For families facing disordered eating, you’ll receive thoughtful guidance on how to interrupt challenging patterns and implement structured, supportive feeding approaches that promote both physical and emotional nourishment. We are well informed in Family-Based Treatment (FBT) interventions, the gold standard of care for children and adolescents with restrictive eating disorders, empowering parents to take an active, supported role in their child’s recovery.

    Clinical Nutrition Consultation

Strengthen your clinical nutrition practice through collaborative, individualized consultation. Designed for dietitians seeking to deepen their counseling skills, this space offers guidance on complex cases, skill development, and specialized training in the treatment of eating disorders.

Through growth-oriented consultation, you’ll build confidence, expand your clinical insight, and refine your approach to client care. Consultation hours may be applied toward the Certified Eating Disorders Specialist (CEDS) credential through the International Association of Eating Disorder Professionals (IAEDP).

Discounted rates are available for clinicians working in higher levels of care who are independently funding their consultation.
