Caroline is a weight inclusive dietitian with a passion for supporting clients in developing eating styles that nourish the body and mind. Caroline holds degrees in both psychology and nutrition which helps her understand the science of what your body needs along with how your mind functions around food and body. She received a masters degree in nutrition and completed her dietetic internship at Boston University after graduating with an honors psychology degree from Saint Anselm college. After becoming a registered dietitian, Caroline began her career working in the eating disorder field. Caroline has experience treating individuals struggling with disordered eating at multiple levels of care from the inpatient setting treating those in need of a high degree of medical monitoring to outpatient nutrition therapy. As a mom of two young kids, she is passionate about raising kids who love their bodies and eat with confidence. Caroline understands challenges of nourishing yourself before pregnancy, during pregnancy, while breastfeeding, and postpartum and enjoys supporting women in their journey. She is versed in multiple nutrition counseling modalities. Some examples of approaches include Family Based Treatment, Health At Every Size, Intuitive Eating, and Responsive Feeding. Caroline believes Food doesn’t have to be a four letter word. She works with you to develop relationships with food and body that are nurturing. Caroline strives to support you in feeling confident in your eating to reach your unique goals.

She loves camping! She finds the outdoors calming and rejuvenating.
She was a three sport varsity athlete in high school - soccer, gymnastics, and softball
Her favorite foods are French baguettes, apples, pizza, and ice cream.

Kameron is a licensed mental health counselor with a passion for helping people find contentment in life. He has worked extensively with adolescents and adults struggling with eating disorders, anxiety, depression, and trauma. Through these experiences, he has learned that establishing a genuine, trusting, and welcoming relationship with his clients is integral to recovery. He uses a person-centered, trauma-informed stance to facilitate healing. He is trained and certified in Accelerated Resolution Therapy to treat symptoms of trauma from Laney Rosenzweig, its founder. He is also trained in Family Based Treatment for Adolescents with Anorexia Nervosa through the Training Institute for Child and Adolescent Eating Disorders. Over the last 10 years, he has worked at every level of care—psychiatric inpatient, residential, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient. He previously served as the Clinical Director of Inpatient Services at a local psychiatric hospital that specializes in treating eating disorders. Kam is also a doctoral student at Simmons University, School of Social Work.

Karli is a licensed independent clinical social worker. She received her masters in social work at Simmons University in 2017 and has worked in a variety of clinical settings including inpatient psychiatric facilities, integrated primary care settings and outpatient practices. Her most recent role was the Clinical Director of a residential eating disorder treatment facility. Karli has a special interest in helping folks with relationships issues, grief and loss, disordered eating and body image concerns. She has received training in dialectical behavioral therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy and acceptance and commitment therapy and uses these modalities frequently in her practice. Karli welcomes individuals from all different backgrounds and identities and aims to provide a non judgmental, easy going but direct approach allowing individuals to feel comfortable being themselves.
